I feel extremely fortunate to have discovered L Seven Construction when I was looking for a contractor to build my garage. Their salesman was professional and thoroughly answered all my questions with detailed explanations, examples and photos. I had a particular design in mind to fit my site, and their draftsman quickly produced the drawings, then went through several revisions as I added some details and made some small changes.
Roy and his assistant maintained their construction schedule despite winter weather and finished as planned. I especially appreciate how Roy patiently answered my many questions as the work progressed. Their careful work is evident in the soundness of the structure and attention to detail. Even the building inspector told me these guys are good!
